"I'd love to meet you tomorrow," Kara found herself responding in her conversation with Ricky. She felt rather nervous to have accepted a date for real with him, but she felt *so sure* about Ricky, that she didn't want to miss the opportunity of what could be immense happiness for her.

They arranged to meet at a local pub the following afternoon. Kara had awoken early that day. She wanted to prepare for her first meeting with her suspected soulmate. She swapped dating tips on the phone with Vicky, and Kara went online for a while, where Tracy gave her some words of wisdom, too.

Eventually, the time came for the pair to meet and Kara waited anxiously outside the pub. Ricky arrived a minute later, and Kara saw that he was gorgeous in her eyes on the outside as well as the inside. They hugged for 5 minutes, then Ricky got them both a drink. They began chatting and chatting until they looked at their watches and saw it was 10.30pm. Where did the time disappear to? They went for a stroll along the beach, and Kara knew she had found the right person. Ricky kissed Kara & they arranged to meet again. It felt perfect, just perfect. Kara had met the person she knew she would spend the rest of her life with.
